Ardsley, Elmsford, Irvington, Hastings Schools Will Have Delayed Openings
The Ardsley, Elmsford, Irvington and Hastings school districts will have two-hour delayed openings on Wednesday, Jan. 22 as a result of Tuesday's winter storm.
