On the Saw Mill River Parkway between Ardsley and Elmsford there is a restaurant building that has housed numerous businesses, according to The Journal News. Now a round of proposals for the site, backed by Westchester County Executive Rob Astorino, aims to revive the location, according to The Journal News.
