The proposed complex, developed by JPI, is located on Lawrence Street in Ardsley and calls for 272 units and a 438-space parking lot. Greenburgh officials have scheduled the first of many public hearings on the proposed Jefferson at Saw Mill River apartment complex for Jan. 13, 2016, according to Town Supervisor Paul Feiner.
