This week, the Greenburgh Town Board will hold an important public hearing on an application by a developer to build 272 rental apartments across from Rivertowns Square in the unincorporated section of Ardsley. This application has generated significant controversy so far; about 1,000 local residents have signed an online petition opposing the application.
