The driver of the tractor trailer that overturned Friday morning, causing hours of gridlock on the Tappan Zee Bridge span, was driving with a suspended license, according to News 12. Dennis McDermott, 61, who was working for a scrap metal and paper recycling center just north of Albany, was issued a ticket for driving with a suspended license, the report said.
