Animal advocates are searching for the owner of a dog found Monday near the village's border with Hastings, according to a post on the Humane Society of Westchester at New Rochelle's Facebook page . An image of the lost pet, an adult female, has been shared nearly 130 times since it was first posted to social media, according to the post.
