Firefighters from both Westchester and Rockland are battling a blaze that broke out at the abandoned Pioneer Boat Club in Hastings Sunday evening. Fire crews and boats from Hastings, Irvington, Dobbs Ferry, Ardsley, Piermont and Westchester County Police responded to 2 Southside Ave.
