A traffic stop on I-87 in Westchester led to the arrest of a pair in possession of crack cocaine, MDMA and other drugs. New York State Police troopers stopped a vehicle driven by Bronx resident Sean Goodwin, 36, shortly after 2:15 a.m. on Monday morning, after he committed a vehicle and traffic violation on the interstate in Ardsley.
