The New York City Department of Environment Protection will be cleaning a valve that connects United Water New Rochelle's system to the 85-mile Delaware Aqueduct. The Journal News says customers in New Rochelle, Rye, Rye Brook, Bronxville, Tuckahoe, Pelham, North Pelham, Pelham Manor, Ardsley, Hastings-on-Hudson and Dobbs Ferry will be affected.
