DOBBS FERRY, N.Y. Rose M. Tisi, a longtime resident of Dobbs Ferry, died on Wednesday, July 28. She was 87. She worked at Crucible Steel in Manhattan, the Lincoln Farm Camp offices in Ardsley, and Abbott Union Free School District in Irvington, retiring as the secretary to the superintendent. Tisi is survived by her two daughters, Linda Shevchuk and her husband Michael, Carol Savino and her husband Frank, and grandchildren Frank and Nicole.
