A new study shows that people in New York's 17th Congressional District, which includes Dobbs Ferry and Irvington, have an average life expectancy of 82.6 years. In Ardsley and Hastings-on-Hudson, which rest in the 16th Congressional District, residents have an average life expectancy of 81.6 years, or 58th among all of the nation's districts.
