The Village of Dobbs Ferry Thursday issued the below notice to residents about the partial closure Friday of Ashford Avenue in Dobbs Ferry and Ardsley: ROADWAY: Ashford Avenue LIMITS: Ashford Avenue between Southfield Avenue and Saw Mill River Road WHAT: Utility relocation work IMPACTS: The right lane of Ashford Avenue in the westbound direction will be closed to motorists within the above limits. The sidewalk on the north side of the bridge will be closed to pedestrians within the above limits.
