Starbucks is planning to open a new coffee shop in the former Pea Pod grocery facility on Central Avenue in Greenburgh, according to Town Supervisor Paul Feiner. The company recently received a town building permit to begin work on the new location, which is north of Ardsley Road across from the Hartsdale Diner.
