On Wednesday evening I received a letter from Rick Rucoba, Public Affairs Manager for Akzo Nobel advising that their company has terminated contractual relations with the Jefferson and is starting to market the property for commercial or industrial purposes. In recent months hundreds of NO JEFFERSON lawn signs have appeared in front of homes in Ardsley, unincorporated Greenburgh and Dobbs Ferry.
