A former swim instructor at the JCC of Mid-Westchester who was busted with child pornography and registered as a sex offender has reported an address change. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Westchester residents regarding the residency of 37-year-old Rhony Sanchez, who has moved from Elmsford to a residence on Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley.
