The woman who admitted to defrauding donors out of more than $50,000 by misrepresenting the fact that she had terminal cancer has been sentenced. Vedoutie Hoobraj of Ardsley - also known as Shivonie Deokaran - was sentenced on Friday in White Plains Federal Court to two years in federal prison.
