State police arrested two Utica men after troopers found nearly a half-pound of cocaine during a traffic stop Friday. Matthew M. Cuda, 58, was driving on Interstate 87 in the village of Ardsley, Westchester County, when troopers stopped his vehicle at 9:02 p.m."for multiple vehicle and traffic violations," state police said in a news release.
