Traffic on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway between the Cross County Parkway and Mill Road in New Rochelle is stop-and-go as a result of flooding that began around 12:15 p.m. A multi-vehicle accident on the northbound Sprain Brook Parkway in Ardsley is causing delays south of Dobbs Ferry Road in Ardsley. The accident was reported at 12:30 p.m. There are backups on the northbound Taconic State Pakrway in Yorktown following an accident between FDR State Park and Route 202/35 in Yorktown that occurred around 12:20 p.m. In Putnam, an accident on westbound I-84 between Saw Mill Road and Route 121 has resulted in slow traffic.
