An accident on northbound I-684 between I-287 and Route 120 has resulted in stop-and-go traffic. The accident was reported at 1:30 p.m. Traffic on the northbound Hutchinson River Parkway between the Cross County Parkway and Mill Road in New Rochelle is stop-and-go as a result of flooding that began around 12:15 p.m. A fallen tree on the northbound Sprain Brook Parkway is causing stop-and-go traffic between Kimball Avenue and Route 100 in an incident that occurred at 2:10 p.m. An earlier multi-vehicle accident on the northbound Sprain Brook Parkway in Ardsley caused delays south of Dobbs Ferry Road in Ardsley.
