A Westchester County, N.Y., man accused of restraining a woman in his car after a heated argument at her home in the Glenville section of town is facing kidnapping charges. Sean A. Brown , 29, of 27 Faith Lane, Ardsley, is due back in court on Oct. 23 to face a felony charge of first-degree kidnapping after he turned himself into Greenwich Police headquarters on Sept.
