A man from Ardsley, N.Y., is facing a kidnapping charge after he forced a woman from Greenwich into his vehicle before ultimately letting her go when she promised she wouldn't turn him in, said police. Sean A. Brown, of 27 Faith Lane, turned himself in to Greenwich police on Sept.
