In 1994 former Gov. Mario Cuomo attended a press conference at Greenburgh Town Hall -- proud that CIBA had decided to stay here, as chronicled in The New York Times . Since that time we have tried hard to attract many additional bio tech companies to Greenburgh and, have created two major bio tech corridors in the unincorporated section of Greenburgh, Tarrytown and south of downtown Ardsley.
