A 47-year-old Westchester woman stopped for speeding on I-87 in Ardsley is facing multiple charges, including driving while intoxicated and resisting arrest. The driver of the vehicle stopped for speeding at 9:13 p.m. Wednesday, Michelle Licata of Hartsdale was found to be intoxicated, state police said.
